Mr and Mrs Romance Turns One

It’s our first anniversary and we want to celebrate with you! The idea for our blog started well over a year ago but we officially launched on 15 December 2012.

I wanted to blog about more than just beauty, and share more of my photography. Together we wanted to write about our travels and life in a he said / she said style.

The problem was we couldn’t find a name. Every variation of he said / she said was already taken.

It was actually my sister who suggested the name Mr and Mrs Romance. You see, our company is called Romance Media and I already had Hair Romance and Nail Romance (plus a few other …romance.com sites planned). Mr and Mrs Romance would show the behind the scenes of our lives.

Now, if you follow us on Instagram, you know we both love to celebrate in style, so we’re giving away a bottle of Veuve Clicquot to one of of our lovely Instagram followers!
