Photography is one of my passions. When I’m travelling I love taking pictures and I’m never without my camera. Now that I’ve started  few travel photography series I come home with so many photos.

Mr and Mrs Romance - 5 fun things to do with your holiday photos copy

I’d say too many photos. If you’re like me, your travel photos are most likely stuck in a drawer on an old hard drive. It’s time to dust them off and be reminded of your travels with these 5 fun ideas for things to do with your holiday photos.

1. Make Photo Magnets

Stickygram photo magnets

We love these cute magnets you can make with your instagram photos by Stickygram. We have them up on our memo board at home and I love seeing them every day.

They also make a great gift. Last year we used individual magnets to put on our family Christmas gifts too.

2. Make a calendar of your travel photos

Create a photo calendar of your travel photos

Choose your favourite holiday photos and make your own calendar to display them. These calendars are great to remind you of your travels, but you can also give them as gifts. Every year I make my mum a family calendar of photos for Mother’s Day. She loves it and she keeps all the past years as mementos too.

Apple iPhoto has an easy calendar design you can make and order online. We also use Snapfish to make our calendars.

Calendars from The Paris Print Shop  & Uncovet

3. Make a photo book

What to do with your holiday photos - make a photo book

Collect your favourite shots into a photo book about your trip. We love the Instagram photo books from blurb that can import your photos straight from instagram. We’re really impressed with the quality of blurb and the service. I’ve also used them to print up photos from my doors series.

4. Make an phone or iPad cover

Photo phone covers and ipad covers

Keep your photos on show with a custom phone case. We love these cute phone and ipad cases from Stickygram that feature your favourite instagram snaps. They’re also great for when you take mirror selfies 😉

 5. Make note cards with your travel photos

Fun things to do with photos - make note cards

Create your own note cards with your travel photos. I love stationery and sending note cards with your own photos makes it even more thoughful.

You can use your instagram photos on Social Print Studio (was once Printstagram) and Moo makes beautiful cards and postcards. You can use this link for a 10% discount on your first order too.

Fantastic ideas! I love the thought of having magnets of my fav holiday snaps on the fridge, and the notecard idea is awesome, too. I’m heading over to the links you provided right now to get started.

    Love, love, love your tips!
I’ll definitely fill my fridge door with pictures of our honeymoon in Rio, and send postcards to my family with pics of Melbourne.

Hi Gisele! So glad you like the tips. I think Christina did a great job on that post. She certainly is an ideas lady, isn’t she?! I reckon you could make a fortune selling pic magnets of Rio, let alone decorating your fridge with them! Jx
