Hey Frances. So glad you had a good time in Viñales. We love it there too. Yes, it has changed, but like you said, it’s still got a lovely feeling to it and is still very charming. The farmlands and mountains here are magnificent, aren’t they?
We didn’t go to the eco farm this time, but we went there 4 years ago and were blown away. What an incredible place. So forward thinking – especially back then. It was definitely our best meal in Cuba. And the sunset views over the countryside from the balcony were perfect.

It’s got a great atmosphere and I could see how it’s developed over the years. But the charm is still there. Walking out of the town into the fields is magical. We had a great stay in a casa particulares. Salsa class was fun! Did you visit the eco farm for dinner. It’s on the outskirts of town ? Spectacular.
