Hi Gary. Yes, you can definitely use the trains around Puglia, but the rail system doesn’t go everywhere. Driving gives you access to a lot more places. If you want to see trulli, you’ll need a vehicle.
No, parking’s pretty easy, just watch out for parking signs. You will get a ticket if it’s a no-parking spot. Cheers for Australia too! 😉

Thanks for the article. We’re looking at heading to Puglia either later this year or – more likely – this time next year. Is it possible to use the trains to get around or do we really need a car (and if so is parking an issue)???
