Silly me! I’ve only just discovered your website (and the excellent service you lovers provide). Well done – please regard us (Robbie and Paul – Saint Fillans, the burgeoning intellectual hub of the Mudgee Region) as new subscribers. I discovered your site when seeking the phone # of the Rylstone Yum Cha Cafe
We have a stand-alone fully-functional ‘Coorow’ Guest Cottage, billed on AirBnB as “Peace, 15 mins. from Mudgee”. We’d love you(se) to be our guests for a couple of nights when next you’re this way. Well, it’s very romantic – even for as many as 3×2 persons – no matter what their agender!
Might we be able to do some business together? We don’t cater (food)in any respect – Covid, Insurance, etc., – but you’d certainly have a peaceful time amongst the kangaroos and wallabies. Last Monday, Robbie spied the LARGEST pair of wedgies – ever. Just cruising around the granite boulders up beside the dam and fireplace just 200m. behind the cottage! You have to enjoy a coupla’ sundowner Mudgee sparklings from up there! Second only to Uluru – but they’ve closed it!
For goodness’ sake, don’t book on AirBnB – it’ll costja! Just drop us an email and we can find a date which suits us both. We’ll have a bottle of local sparkling white – it somehow seems to kick of the……..

….romance!

Some of the best dumplings I’ve ever had were on a uni trip to China. Roughly 10 of us went to interview a few families and the interview quickly turned into them teaching us to fold dumplings, after which they brought out GIANT bowls of dumplings they had made for us earlier. There were hundreds of dumplings and I remember we all just ate as many as we possibly could before we had to rejoin the rest of the uni people. Amazing.
