It’s incredible, Jaylene. Really worth doing if you ever get the chance. The restaurant on Mt Coot-tha sounds awesome too. Will have to remember it for the next time we’re up in QLD.

It really is, Sonia. Such a great thing for visitors to do. And because it’s such a unique view of the city, locals will really love it too. I think I’ll leave the proposal thing to someone else though!

Looks like it was an amazing evening. Those views are totally enviable. I love the view of Brisbane from Mt Coot-tha. There is a restaurant at the summit, but I’ve not been there yet. It is on my to do list though.

It’s a lot of fun, Vanessa. The stone hut sounds good too though. Will have to check it out the next time we’re up in Bris. And I know exactly what you mean about Tuscany. I think every meal we’ve had in that amazing part of the world has been the most memorable! The Italians certainly know how to do it!

That looks like a great night. I love quirky things like that.
I love Brisbane from the stone hut on the opposite side of the river from the city; but I think the best meal experience I’ve had was a dinner in the Tuscan hills. Truly memorable evening.
