Wow! Good for you, Erin! And I don’t blame you. Living in Puglia would be amazing! We didn’t make it as far as Nardo unfortunately. We got as far as Gallipoli before we had to fly out, but the fact we were only supposed to be spending a couple of days in Bari and ended up staying for almost a fortnight says a lot about the region.
I’ll definitely add Nardo to the list when we get back there though. It looks incredible.

Good point, Dan. And yes, pretty much just AU and US. But to be honest, I’m from the UK and get back there quite regularly (I live in Sydney now, hence the high number of Australian inclusions), but I’m sad to say I’m yet to be all that impressed with burgers back in the old country. Hi Michael. Ah! Christmas in Milan – that’s going to be an amazing trip. Quite jealous! The Christmas markets around the Duomo alone are worth the trip, and the decorations and lights around the city make Milan even more beautiful.

Hi Cris. Good question. The longest we’ve had it in the freezer was about 3 days – but that was because we were bringing it out for the party after that.
